• Provided custom programming to enhance functionality of purchased software.
• Wrote utilities and front-end/wrapper scripts to integrate software packages and provide better user interfaces.
• Developed Web-based support tools both for administrative activity and user help request forms and informational pages.
• Wrote and maintained internal CAD support Web sites, both administrative and user help, writing CGI-BIN forms as well as informational web pages.

• Wrote scripts for pro-active system monitoring with e-mail and pager notification for urgent problems.
